BY POPULAR DEMAND! . Our Early bird prize has increased to $100 and will remain $100 for the whole year! All you have to do is pay your rent on or before the first of the month and enter into our drawing. Paying by drop box or mail? No problem; as long as we receive it prior to the 1st, you will automatically be entered. Good Luck! We do not accept cash for payments or lot rent. Money orders or checks only. Please ask for a receipt to ensure proper credit to your account. All checks and money orders are processed the day we receive them and we do not accept post-dated items. Thank you for your cooperation. Just a reminder that we have a Community board on the wall in the office at the Community Center. You can post items for sale or trade, items you want to buy, services you offer, or any special event you want others to know about. Postings will be updated monthly, so keep checking for updates. On the second Wednesday of every month, we have a Neighborhood Watch meeting at the Community Center. Why not join in and help everyone take a bite out of crime. We have informative meetings with updates from the Heath Police on items of interest that happen around the City. If you are interested, contact Frances at the Office and she can give you details on the next meeting. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU HERE! We think our community is the best around. We have the best residents, the cleanest grounds and the nicest staff. Join in your community's pride and help keep our property looking great. We ask that you please keep trash, boxes, household furniture, tires and empty planters off the patios. The patios should not be used for storage, that is what your shed is for! Thanks to all residents who are making an effort to show pride in our community.  OFFICE HOURS Park office hours are; Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm. Saturday 12noon -4pm. Other hours by appointment. Remember the manager is also a resident, please respect her non-office hour time.  If you have an emergency please call 911.
